Residential Interior Painting
Your home is a showcase. We want to help you keep it that way with a quality paint job that stands out to your family and friends, demonstrating your desire to take care of what you own. Our employees are professional interior painters who care about the quality of their work, treating your home as if it were their own.
Every job begins with thorough preparation of surfaces. We take extra time upfront because we know that preparation is essential to the best finish possible. Prep work includes sanding the walls and all trim. Before we apply paint we want to be sure that your baseboards, doors, windows and casings, crown molding, chair rails, and wainscoting are as smooth as possible. This extra care ensures the final coat of paint will adhere smoothly and evenly. Next, we wipe down surfaces, patch blemishes and cracks, and apply replacement tape where needed. We will add caulking around windows and apply primer on new drywall, bare wood, and patches. Then we are ready to paint. Our dedication to excellence was recognized by Expertise in 2018 as “Best Painters in Indianapolis.”
The Latest Trend
We have received numerous calls for homes that have stained and varnished woodwork that the owners want to have painted. It is labor intensive, as there are eleven steps from start to completion. Mask off surrounding areas, sand, wipe down, apply pigmented laquer, sand, wipe down again, caulk all exposed edges, fill nail holes, apply first coat of finish, apply final coat of finish product, take up all masking areas and clean up. We call this process our Stain Transformation program. It is not an inexpensive process, but you will get outstanding results from it.
Whether your home improvement project is simply refreshing the paint in a few rooms or a major home remodeling project, our skilled team is prepared to do the job. Our residential painting services include:
- Brushing and rolling paint on ceilings, walls, doors, windows, casings, baseboard and crown moulding
- Wallpaper removal
- Staining and varnishing of wood surfaces
- Painting previously stained and varnished woodwork
- Paint spraying (where appropriate)
One thing is certain – when we are done you will be delighted with the results we give you.
